The growth of your tree

When a seed is put in the ground there is an infinite amounts of things that can affect it's growth.  Poor soil will prevent any growth at all.  Little sun and rain can limit it's growth.  Harsh weather and animals can end it's growth too early.
For most trees, life is colored with a little of all of these factors.
Some trees are doomed from the beginning as a result of poorly developed roots, some are weak from lack of nutrition, some tired from a continuous harsh climate, some have a failure to thrive as a result of dismal circumstances, and many have early considerable damage from stronger animals.

So...How is the growth of your tree doing?  How about your 5 pillars... Do you have good nutrition?  Proper rest and relaxation? Get enough exercise? Have a positive mental attitude?  A strong nervous system for proper healing and function?   Would you know it if you didn't?

This blog is dedicated to you knowing what you have and what you don't, knowing how you improve what you have, how you get what you don't have... and what you shouldn't even waste your time on.

It is not my job to tell you what to do, it is my passion to inspire you to make those hard decisions about your health for yourself... only you can live in your skin, so, what do you want that skin to look like?
